Easter Market Garden

Decorating for Easter is always a joyous experience. This year our theme was the farmers market. An abundance of spring flowers sit amongst colourful displays of fruit and vegetables and Easter bunnies an inspiring starting point for our in store display.

As Easter is all about entertaining I also created a fantasy Easter dining table. Far from traditional our Woodland Easter table features giant Easter rabbits, oversized Easter eggs and decorated birch trees.

At Christmas Elves we have a wide variety of product from cheap and cheerful Easter garlands to expensive figurines by established brands. To keep your theme looking consistent work within a colour palette. For our theme green butterflies and mossy balls look fresh against white Easter rabbits and birch trees.

Details matter so consider your material choices. On my table I used a calico tablecloth and layered up with a hessian fabric and then green deco mesh to give a textural feel in keeping with our woodland theme. If you have some special pieces place them under a glass cloche it’s a great way to protect and spotlight special items.

If possible recycle or reuse Christmas decorating items. Our birch trees are a great example and don’t forget those pre-lit  twig trees are great for Easter decorating. There’s no better welcome than a front door wreath it’s easy to reuse a green Christmas wreath with the addition of Easter eggs and artificial flowers.
